    Lutheran Home, a Lutheran Life Community is a not for profit, long-term care organization celebrating 115 years of caring for older adults and their families. Our mission is to minister to the spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs of older adults and assist them in having the highest quality of life. Lutheran Home provides a wide range of services, in metropolitan Chicago including an assisted living program, licensed healthcare for the person needing skilled, intermediate and sheltered care, hospice, comprehensive social services, a nationally recognized Memory Loss Continuum of Care, SeniorFITness, a Wellness Center, and Lutheran Home Health Services, providing medical and personal care services. We are a 501 © (3) not for profit community-based organization serving nearly 500 residents and over 3,000 older adults in the community.
