A 503c organization of people helping people help animals. Lovie's formed in honor of Lovie Mae Smith, a woman who dedicated her life to nurturing animals and educating those that care for them. Organizational activities include providing monetary assistance for other nonprofits working with rescues, supporting at-risk animals, networking with area providers, educating youth about animal welfare and fundraising.
