Description

LOVE, HALLIE takes its name from eleven-year-old Hallie Geier, who died in May 2004 after being accidentally run over by an SUV. Hallie's desire "To Do Something Special" inspired the Foundation, which, along with its youth division "Hal's Angels", encourages kindness, respect, and positive action among young people. Hal’s Angels members volunteer and contribute to the causes in which they believe, encourage their peers to do so as well, and raise money for worthy causes. Currently, LOVE, HALLIE has partnered with several organizations to raise funds for ten-dollar insecticide-treated bednets, each of which can protect a famiy of three for up to five years from malaria.
