Description
A 501(c)(3) volunteer nonprofit organization committed to ensuring that the Loudoun County Fair continues as a tradition, maintaining and improving the Loudoun County, Virginia fairgrounds for use by the youth of Loudoun County in 4-H venues, provides additional scholarship opportunities to youth who have completed the 4-H program, provides use of the facility (at reduced rental rate) to other non-4H youth organizations.
