Description
The Lloyd. F. Moss Free Clinic provides free of charge, nondiscriminatory, quality medical and dental care services to the medically indigent residents throughout Virginia's City of Fredericksburg, and Counties of King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.
The Clinic puts particular emphasis on prevention and individual patient education, as well as providing early intervention, to prevent and/or treat illness and disease.
