The Livonia Civic Ballet Comapny (LCBC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) eduactional and performing arts organization founded in the early 1970's for the purpose of providing educational and perfromance skills and experience for talented dancers in a professionally oriented dance company which provides equal oportunities to all qualified dancers regardless of race, color, creed or national origin.
