The Little Sisters of the Poor operate a home for the elderly poor in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Little Sisters have 32 Home in the United States and provide compassionate care and a loving home for the elderly poor around the world.

The Little Sisters' care for 89 elderly men and women at St. Paul's Archbishop Leibold Home for the Aged in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since 1868 the Little Sisters have cared for thousands of elderly in need from around the tri-state area. The Little Sisters continue a humble tradition of begging for the needs of the Home. Each day, a Sister goes into the community to seek food and contributions from individuals and businesses in the community. A mission of love carried out with humility and simplicity is the hallmark of the Little Sisters' work - all for the God and the elderly poor.
