Educate and encourage students, interns and visitors to contribute their skills, interest and resources to conservation throughout their lives. Raise awareness of the plight of the natural world by reconnecting the public with animals, thereby inspiring people to Learn, Care and Act. Participate in collaborative breeding programs to insure genetic diversity with the goal of eventual repatriation to native lands in family groups when possible.
Rescue and, if appropriate, place animals in permanent homes. Offer internships and independent study projects to students
Allow for behavioral observation and study by professionals and students.
