Description

Founded in 1980, Lilliput provides permanency-focused kinship, foster and adoptive services throughout California to foster children, foster adoptees, those at risk of foster placement and their foster, adoptive or kinship families. Lilliput has finalized adoptions for more than 5,500 California foster children and completes the most foster adoptions of any private agency in the state.
