Description

The Foundation shall exist for the charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code to promote healing to parents who have suffered the loss of an infant through a miscarriage, neonatal death, or SIDS. The Foundation shall also offer partial to full assistance to parents who are low income and unable to finance a burial service for their deceased children.
