Description
LIFT3 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers direct services to the underserved low-income population in the Napa and Solano counties and surrounding areas. In particular, domestic violence survivors; women with limited or no job skills and work histories; and women who have been out of the job market for a while and now find themselves as the sole provider. LIFT3’s strategy is to bring economic opportunities to low-income individuals by helping them transition into a job paying above minimum wage so they can support their families and build strong communities.
