A non-profit alcohol and drug treatment facility located in Vancouver, WA. Lifeline Connections offers both residential and intensive outpatient therapy. Northwest Deaf Addiction Center is a part of Lifeline Connections and is one of only two or three residential programs in the country for the deaf and hearing impaired.
