Description
Our services help people who have physical and mental health challenges manage their well being and enhance the quality of their lives through home- and community-based therapeutic support, mentoring, education and advocacy. We strive to help individuals live within the community and maximize their potential. Our primary service populations reflect California's rich cultural diversity, consisting of people of all ages and backgrounds who have multiple physical, mental and emotional disabilities. Our staff is multilingual and provides services within four divisions: Aging Services; Infant and children Services; Adult Services; and Drug and Alcohol Services.
