Description
The primary goal of Life Solutions is to respond to our neighbors needing food assistance.
Requests are received from local churches and from phone requests coming into Life Solutions office.
Most of the food input to the pantry comes from members of the community and Foodlink. We also receive food and funding from local service organizations. Among them are the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Hamlin Lions, Hamlin Seniors, Veterans of Foreign Wars, VFW Women's Aux., American Veteran's Association, Fire Departments and others.
Holiday Baskets for families with children under 17 are available. Clothing, treasury sale items, and financial assistance are offered. Counseling is also a provided service.
Our ongoing mission is to serve the physical, social, and spiritual needs of our community. In recognizing God's call to serve with compassion and respect the precious nature of all human life , we embrace that call by providing the means to obtain resources, training, information, and referrals. In doing so, we look to enable independence and freedom for those whom we serve.
