To enrich, nurture, and support the abandoned, abused, and forgotten children of El Camino Mission and Orphanage on the outskirts of Tijuana, Mexico, by meeting them in their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through enduring love and Christian charity and building, staffing, and supplying a medical clinic, and by sharing the gift of life through Jesus Christ to the people of Mexico.
