Description

The Vision: To Bring Life, Hope, and Christian values to HIV/AIDS Orphans and vulnerable Children. The Ministry supports 100 orphans with food, clothing, shelter, medical care, school fees, and religious instructions in Nyanza Provence in western Kenya. We place children in homes of relatives or neighbors in their own villages. The support provided for the children also helps the families. The Life For Children Ministry, 'LCM', is licensed in Kenya as a Welfare Agency and has a registered Board of Directors to oversee in-country operations. There is a US Advisory Board based in Atlanta. LCM is a registered ministry of The Mission Society. The swell of orphans following the HIV/AIDS pandemic has grossly outpaced any government or locally available support mechanisms. LCM was formed as an answer to God's call for these 'least of the least.'
