The Liberty Parks and Recreation Charitable Fund (LPRCF) is a not-for-profit organization providing individuals, families, businesses and other organizations the means to financially contribute to the parks and recreation programs, projects and services benefiting the Liberty community
Liberty’s Parks and Recreation Charitable Fund was established in 2006 as recommendation from the Parks and Open Space Master plan completed in 2002. The Charitable Fund was established to create a parks expansion fund for neighborhood access to parks and green space. As well as to provide financial assistance to aid low-income youth and families to access programs through scholarship assistance
