Description
Liberty Outreach Center was established in September 2005 by Pastors Donald and Gina Glover with a core group of members. This group possessed two distinct qualities; an undying love for God and the things of God and a desire to experience Kingdom Ministry. These two qualities have enabled Liberty Outreach Center to become a conduit of ministry to the Gadsden County area and the entire world.
Church Vision Statement:
It is the Vision of the Liberty Outreach Center that everyone we minister to receive restoration, reconciliation, recovery and renewed relationships with God and their fellow man.
Church Mission Statement:
It is the Mission of the Liberty Outreach Center that this ministry be one of excellent leadership, proper structure and an anointed atmosphere where lives can be changed forever.
