Leone Foundation, Inc. was formed in April 2006. Since inception, our goal has been to provide financial assistance to families that are struggling with major childhood illness. These families have tremendous financial obligations that makes it difficult to afford some of life’s’ necessities. Many of these families have children with Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, or Muscular Dystrophy. The one thing that all of these families have in common is major financial responsibility. We step in and try
to relieve them of some of these responsibilities.
