Description
The Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired serves visually impaired individuals residing in Lehigh and lower Carbon County. ABVI builds "Pathways to Independence" for visually impaired individuals by provididng case management , referral, counseling and rehabilitation teaching. These services empower our clients so that may enjoy a higher quality of life and maintain their independence. Additionally, we screen over 4,000 preschool children and senior adults yearly and provide remedial eyecare to financially needy children and adults by providing free eye glasses and eye exams. Healthy eyesight provides all individuals with a vision for the future!
