Every year, there are needs that exceed our operating budget - the ability to serve more seniors who need assisted living and dementia care that find themselves unable to meet the cost of their care; the need to serve more residents in skilled nursing on Medicaid; the ability to maintain and enhance those services and amenities that distinguish the community.
