Leg Up Inc. Teaches youth from Juvenile Detention Programs and Group Homes in the State of Connecticut life skills through working with and riding horses. Anne Gallant, the Founder and Director of the program strives to provide youth involed with Leg Up Inc. with high quality riding instruction as well as guidance through the challenges of working with horses.
