Description
Lazarus Foundation Inc. is a non-profit charitable and educational tax exempt corporation with the purpose of operating a rehabilitative living environment for the benefit of homeless recovering substance abusers in the Rock County, Wisconsin area. Our primary mission is to maintain a residence providing a supportive living environment and life-skills continuum placements to help at-risk recovering homeless adults re-establish themselves in the community. One of the missing links between good programs and productive living in the community is the lack of safe and adequate transitional housing in the Janesville/Rock County Area. The Lazarus Foundation can provide these people with a safe, affordable environment in which to make the necessary changes in their lives.
