Description
Laurel House, a nonprofit organization located in suburban Philadelphia, provides a variety of services to women and their children who are victims of domestic violence. The mission of Laurel House is to provide safe haven for abused women and their children, to raise public awareness about domestic violence, and to advocate for social change against domestic violence.
Laurel House offers a 24-hour a day shelter and hotline, a transitional housing program, individual and group counseling, medical advocacy, legal representation, and community education.
