Description
We rescue dogs/cats prior to euthanasia, find appropriate new pet guardians culminating in their forever home.
We are partnered with 24 PetSmart stores from Maryland, Washington, D.C. to Northern Virginia. Our rescue cats are available for viewing and adoption during store operating hours 7 days per week.
We are also partnered with We CARE-4-Paws, a non-profit volunteer group supporting our needs and most importantly our furry friends.
It’s through these awesome partnerships that we are able to rescue our furry friends from approximately 11 shelters, Humane Societies & Animal Control facilities throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C. and to Northern Virginia, and as far as Ohio and New Orleans in support of Katrina Rescue efforts.
Volunteers are our most important asset. It’s through the generous hearts and hands of our volunteers, we ensure that animals who come into our care will never again be alone, hungry, sick, afraid, or in pain.
