Description
Since 1980, The Lampost Theatre Co. has been producing original theatrical performances ranging from sketch comedy to physical theatre to full-length musical productions. Lampost has toured from coast-to-coast bringing their unique productions to audiences of all ages in a wide variety of venues. Their training projects have prepared teams for street theater and mime performance in more than 20 countries. In 2004, they established a resident theatre/coffee shop on Seerley Boulevard in Cedar Falls. Here they offer a full-service coffee shop throughout the week, as well as a variety of entertaining events. Their resident theatre season features several major productions each year, presented in a unique, intimate performance space. Performances often feature dessert or dinner to compliment an evening of musical comedy.
