Description

The Lake Oscawana Civic Association focuses on the protection of our beautiful lake located in Putnam Valley, NY. LOCA works to protect the lake through advocacy with local government and education of homeowners around the lake. The Association also sponsors social events to bring the lake community together.

We invite all 800+ property owners in the vicinity of Lake Oscawana to join and participate in LOCA's activities.
