Lackey Free Clinic is a faith based medical ministry that has been providing free medical, dental and mental health care as well as prescriptions to uninsured individuals for over 16 years. Eligibility includes having no insurance, an income below 200% of the federal poverty level and residing in Poquoson, Williamsburg, James City, York or Newport News Counties.
