Description

The mission of the Klein ISD Education Foundation (KEF) is to generate and distribute resources to the Klein Independent School District to enrich, maintain and expand programs needed to meet the District's stated mission of excellence in education. The KEF believes all students benefit from a renewed commitment to teaching excellence. The KEF awards grants to teachers for innovative teaching practices and rewards students for exceptional work. Since the fall of 2001 the KEF has awarded more than $430,000 in grants to Klein ISD teachers.
The Klein ISD Education Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that makes a difference for the students and teachers of the Klein ISD. Because the KISD cannot fund all the ideas teachers suggest for improving instruction, the foundation makes the dreams of teachers become a reality for students.
