Non-profit amateur competitive athletic organization located in Northeast Ohio whose goals are 1) to strive to entertain the general population by performing the sport of winter color guard publicly in parades, exhibitions and competitions 2) to encourage the growth, popularity and success of the sport of winter color guard in general, and 3) to help provide the opportunity to participate in this sport to youths who otherwise might not have the means to do so.
