South Central Kentucky Kids on the Block (KOB), is a non-profit puppet troupe that helps children understand differences in themselves and others and helps them make healthy choices. The program began in 1985. Each year we reach more than 20,000 children in Kentucky on disability awareness, medical conditions, social and safety issues. The puppets create an environment where children are comfortable enough to discuss difficult topics.
