The Kids Golf Foundation of Illinois is dedicated to bringing the sport of golf into the lives of young children and providing them with an opportunity for personal growth and career enhancement.
The Foundation offers and supports several junior golf programs that are designed to introduce children typically between the ages of 5 and 15 to the sport of golf, its fundamentals, rules, history, etiquette and more.
The Foundation was established in 1998 and has three main departments: (1) Programming; (2) Special Events & Activities; and (3) Development.
The Foundation serves as the customer service center in the state for individuals and organizations wishing to adopt any part of the Kids Golf Foundation programs. In addition to teaching kids the fundamentals of golf, the Foundation's programs and events also teach kids life skills, leadership and more through the sport of golf.
