The Kicklighter Resource Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing and enriching the lives of children and adults with autism, mental retardation and other developmental disabilities through effective programs, encouraging progressive legislation, community education, respite care and advocacy. Founded by Lilla Mae Kicklighter in 1951, our organization has evolved over the years to meet the changing needs of our community.
