Since 1995, not-for-profit and independent Keystone Hospice has provided comprehensive care in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Bucks counties to patients of all ages and end-stage diagnoses — including pediatric hospice and HIV/AIDS services. Care is provided within the comfort of the patient's home. If care cannot be managed at home, 19-bed Keystone House in Wyndmoor, PA provides hospice services in a residential setting.
Beyond providing skilled nursing care and strong emotional support, our approach to end-of-life care emphasizes allowing the individual and family to make care decisions, continuing normal household activities for as long as possible, and community-based team involvement.
