Description
We are a school for developmentall disabled toddlers and preschoolers in New York City. We have been in operation since 1958, with schools in Manhattan and The Bronx. The services we provide include special instruction, speech therapy, family training, occupational and physical therapies. The majority of the families we serve are at the low income/poverty level. Our funding comes from the New York State Education Dept, NYS Department of Health and some Federal Grants. The dollars we receive are never enough to meet the demands of the services our children require.
