Description
Kauai Island Ministries, Inc. is a faith-based 501 (C) 3 org. on the island of Kauai, HI. This volunteer organization brings churches/pastors to work in unity & address critical social issues on island, help ex-inmates/families to connect to agencies for assistance, do discipleship training in jail & in churches on Kauai & in the Philippines. KIM sponsors the Annual Mayor's Prayer Luncheon & is supported by 44 churches & the Annual youth rally drawing hundreds of young people. KIM helps new pastors assigned to Kauai integrate in the network of local churches. None of the officers/board members are salaried. Monies received are committed to the work of KIM
