Description

Katrina Dog Rescue is a 501C3 non-profit agency. Tax ID# 20-867566. This agency was started in memory of the animals who suffered during Hurricane Katrina.

Camp Cocker is a subsidiary of Katrina Dog Rescue. Camp Cocker rescues Cocker Spaniels from high kill shelters, rehabs them and then finds good homes for these dogs. Currently, Camp Cocker is the only rescue group operating in Los Angeles County dedicated to the rescue of Cocker Spaniels. On any given day, there can be up to 100 Cocker Spaniels in the Southern California Shelters.
