Kaiizen is all about you and how you can help underprivileged kids. Kaiizen is about being socially aware and active; it is becoming part of the solution. With all that is going wrong in world, with all the debates, the bickering, and endless conflict here and there we decided we had to do something. Kaiizen is about involvement NOW and NOW is the time to do it, not when we are 60 and retired. We ask you to get involved, get your hands dirty, and have some fun doing it.

Kaiizen involves college students in the solution of a very widespread problem. The hardships faced by underprivileged children are endless and take on many forms. Kaiizen chose to focus on orphanages. We feel, that for college students, a trip to an orphanage can be life changing. For that reason we take regular trips to orphanages in Baja California to provide those eye-opening experiences for our student volunteers but at the same provide care, mentoring, and needed help to struggling orphanages.
