The JLEP NJ is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our vision is to create an environment which inspires personal growth, voluntarism, and leadership that will impact the lives of families in crisis through the development of projects and partnerships with other community agencies, while insuring adequate resources to support our efforts.
