Description
Juma Ventures is an innovative and award-winning youth development program that combines employment in social enterprises, college preparation and asset building, within a highly integrated case management framework. This creates a support system for underserved youth aimed at the singular goal of ensuring that they complete a four-year college education.
Juma fosters a safe, supportive community in which positive peer and adult relationships create the platform for youth to overcome social barriers and achieve self-sufficiency. Juma seeks to create a scalable, sustainable model that maximizes impact for Juma youth and is "best in class" within the youth development and social enterprise fields.
