JOYFUL TRANSFORMATIONS, INC. (JTI) is a non-profit educational enrichment academy for girls. We provide an integrative approach to leadership development through workshops that focus on self-reflection combined with some experiential learning exercises. This self-discovery process engages girls in a way that helps them utilize their strengths and abilities to overcome obstacles and achieve success in life.
