Journey Home is a Philadelphia-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to transform untapped or long-ignored human potential for change into inspiring social progress.
We work in partnership with individuals and communities from disadvantaged backgrounds to assist them to reclaim power over their own personal development, with the goal to live a life full of meaning and dignity.
We do this by providing innovative educational programs that build upon people's strengths and encourage them to use their imaginations to create new visions of themselves and of their futures.
