Description
Josie's Place for Bereaved Youth and Families is a non-profit organization in San Francisco that provides grief support for children, teens and their parents or caregivers who are grieving the death of a significant person in their lives.
We offer ongoing support groups that meet twice a month in the evening, as well as short-term school-based groups. Our group facilitators are carefully selected and trained volunteers.
We also provide grief education in the schools and the community at large, and as well as critical incident support.
Josie's Place is a program of the San Francisco Study Center, a 501c3 non-profit organization.
