Joseph P. Hayes Theatre, Inc. is the owner/operator of Surflight Theatre and Show Place Ice Cream Parlour in Beach Haven, NJ.
In operation since 1950, the award-winning Surflight Theatre is Ocean County's only professional theatre company.
A typical season consists of approximately 25 weeks of MainStage musicals and plays as well as a 12-week Children's Theatre season, ideal for ages 3-10. Surflight also presents a series of celebrity concerts.
Educational programming includes a highly respected intern and apprentice program, the Surflight Theatre Arts Resource School (STARS) and Surflight To-Go, Southern New Jersey's only professional educational touring theatre troupe that performs in schools and other venues during the academic year.
