Description
Helping residents of northeastern Illinois to be successful homeowners. Through education and one-on-one counseling, families are able to improve credit scores, develop working budgets, create savings accounts and secure good mortgages that they may have previously thought impossible for them. The courses prepare them to not only shop wisely for a mortgage but also to be good neighbors. For those who are experiencing difficulty, we also provide foreclosure prevention counseling/intervention.
Our second business line is real estate development. Preparing buyers is not enough if there is nothing available in their price range. Therefore, we work to create housing options not available in the traditional market place.
Through these measures we accomplish our mission of empowering individuals, stabilizing families, and revitalizing neighborhoods.
