Since 1973, The Jewish Home for the Elderly has been enhancing lives for generations. As the needs of seniors have changed, the array of services offered by the Home has expanded accordingly.

Home is where you feel safe and comfortable, where you enjoy visits with your family and friends, and where what you do is what you want to do. Since 1973, The Jewish Home has been helping elders with services that range from Geriatric Assessments and Care Management, to assistance at home provided by Compassionate Care Companions, to medical home care, to adult day services at Grasmere by the Sea, to residential care on our 15 acre campus in suburban Fairfield, Connecticut.

The philosophy of The Jewish Home recognizes there are many ways to age. We would welcome the opportunity to support your unique approach to making the most of every day.
