Description

JFGH is a non-sectarian, 501(c)(3) agency dedicated to enhancing the independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion of adults with disabilities. Today, JFGH’s residential programs support more than 160 individuals in over 65 sites throughout the Washington D.C Metropolitan area. Additionally, JFGH’s new MOST (Meaningful Opportunities for Successful Transitions) program is an innovative one year transitional day program for young adults with the goal of helping individuals make a successful transition into appropriate employment, vocational or day programs.
