Description

JCLC's mission is to develop a better community through literacy. We proived free basic reading, writing, math and computer skills to adult English speakers, assistance with GED preparation, ESL and citizenship classes to adult non-native English speakers, and family literacy programs throughout Jefferson County, Wisconsin. Our tutors are all volunteers.
