Description
1. The purposes of this foundation are to raise and receive contributions from communities or members of communities for donation to such organizations, individuals, committees, projects, or programs that are organized or operated for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, as those terms are defined in I.R.C. 501 (c)(3) with the express intent and purpose to foster and advance the general welfare, prosperity and best interests of the State of South Dakota; to encourage the growth and development of the State of South Dakota and surrounding area; and to cooperate with other agencies, organizations, groups and individuals, having similar purposes and goals.
