To service Santa Monica by cultivating young professionals and emporwing them to lead.
Vision
To become the premier leadership organization of choice for young professionals in Santa Monica and the Westside, providing direction, leadership and service to our communities, state and nation in order to effect positive change.
Scope
Personal and professional development through civic involvement for men and women ages 21-40.
(1) to promote leadership training and self-improvement for our members, and (2) provide service and support for our community.
